Astrid’s International Journey

Astrid’s professional experience spans Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. Her background in aviation operations, air charter management, and aviation training strengthened her leadership, discipline, and entrepreneurial mindset.

This international foundation became the driving force behind her transition into construction. Today, she leads VasileBuild as a Registered Builder, CEO, and Director, bringing the same commitment to excellence, precision, and client trust.

The Evolution of VasileBuild

2001 — GV Constructions (WA): Astrid and Gino founded GV Constructions (WA), laying the foundation for a company built on integrity and reliable project delivery.

2001–2010 — Growth & Reputation:  Over the next 10 years, the company delivered hundreds of residential and commercial projects across Perth, earning a reputation for disciplined construction standards and strong client relationships.

2011 — Becoming VasileBuild:  The business evolved into VasileBuild, a boutique construction brand specialising in custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects.

Today — Leadership Guided by Legacy Under Astrid’s leadership, VasileBuild continues to deliver thoughtfully designed, high‑quality projects across Western Australia.

Astrid Saraswati Vasile is an award‑winning builder recognised by Women in Building Australia for her contribution to the construction industry. As one of only 13 female registered builders in Australia, she has established a respected career built on technical expertise, disciplined project delivery, and a commitment to excellence.
