You can bring your own plans, or we can connect you with trusted designers. Your design always remains yours, giving you the freedom to compare builders and choose confidently.

2. Budget Overview

Once your design is ready, we prepare a detailed take‑off, addenda, and specifications based on your needs and our initial consultations. You receive a clear, honest breakdown of costs so you can make informed decisions and understand exactly where your budget is allocated.

3. Contract

When you are satisfied with the design and budget, we move forward with a formal building contract. You can choose the contract type that suits your project — Lump Sum, Cost‑Plus, or another approved WA building contract. This step provides clarity, protection, and certainty before construction begins.

4. Build With Confidence

After the contract is signed, construction begins with a clear schedule and open communication. Astrid oversees every stage from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and attention to detail throughout the entire build. You receive regular updates, so you always know what is happening on site and what comes next.
